Women’s sessions cater for swimmers of all abilities – beginners, improvers, social swimmers and competitors. Manchester Sharks Water Polo Club @ Miles Platting Pools and Fitness Centre- Manchester's top LGB water polo team. Internationally renowned and a great bunch of people. Lots of training opportunities and now in the water polo league. There are plenty of swim training opportunities to be had with Northern Wave. If you can tread water for more than a minute, swim reasonably confidently and want to play water polo, then The Sharks would love to meet you. Northern Wave Sunday Night Swim @ Manchester Aquatics Centre- A great night of the week to get a good swim and some excellent coaching support. Held in the 50m training pool, this session caters for a range of abilities - from recreational swimmers through to high performance and competition preparation. You'll meet a different crowd to the Sunday session and a social drink at Taurus often follows. Come along and give it a try!
