Hogwarts Swim Camp 2010

April 9-11th saw 40 swimmers from Northern Wave, Manchester sharks and Out To Swim endure what could easily have been seen as a fat camp in water! In reality, it was an expertly coached swim training camp to ready our swimmers for this year's Gay Games in Cologne. This year's theme was Hogwarts, based on the appearance of Rossall School near Fleetwood, established in the 1840s! To round off this fantastic weekend, coach Michelle Weltman, tasked 4 teams to prepare and deliver a Pink Flamingo performance following our last swim of the weekend. It was delivered in style and means we now have tested ideas ready for our cologne performance in July! Thanks to everyone involved.
