This Spring 28 Northern Wavers participated in an action packed, high speed weekend of fun and training.

At the rather nice evening meal (feast!) a range of awards and presentations were made, these included a City and Guilds Active Citizenship Award called iPAC, was awarded to Lee Hughes, a gold medal was awarded to Graeme Semple for sportsmanship and Graeme was also presented with a Birthday cake (a Darlek!), as was Edwing Lace, who was also celebrating his birthday. Our coaches, Rob and Lizzie and Mike Lane, who together made this training camp possible, recieved a special thank you cake.

To toast to all these wonderful achievements, Cava, Catalunya's finest, was served in champagne flutes - chink!

Yet another celebration on this evening was Mohaned's stag night! Yes, he is getting wed. This time the celebration was in the student bar and involved a stunning, slightly wobbly, Belly Dancer......

Everyone survived the weekend with flying colours and voted to return next year to do it all again.
